Frequently asked questions
A quick overview of how MyJoJ works. Can't find an answer — contact us from the About page.
- What is MyJoJ?
- MyJoJ is a collaboration platform for bloggers: verified social media accounts, honest statistics and transparent partnership terms. Bloggers find each other, agree on terms and run collaborations in one place.
- Which social networks does MyJoJ support?
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Threads and Twitter/X.
- How is account ownership verified?
- Through verification: a special comment under a post or a code in the profile bio. Confirmed accounts get a verification badge on the platform.
- Where do account statistics come from?
- From public social media data: followers, posts and engagement update automatically, and an AI analysis helps assess account quality.
- What is a "Collab"?
- A signal that you want to work together. When the interest is mutual, a chat opens where both sides agree on the collaboration terms.
- How are collaboration terms agreed?
- In the terms builder: formats, quantity, extra payment and how results are verified. The collab starts only after both sides confirm the terms.
- Does MyJoJ charge a commission?
- Registration and core features are free. If the parties agree on a monetary extra payment for a collab, the platform charges a commission — a percentage of that extra payment. Payment for the collab itself happens directly between the parties; MyJoJ never holds users' money.
- What is a public blogger page?
- A profile page at /@handle with a description, statistics, services and prices. Search engines, AI assistants and potential partners can see it without signing up.
- Is barter possible?
- Yes. Collaboration terms are flexible: barter, mutual promotion or a commercial partnership with extra payment — whatever the parties agree on.
- How do I start?
- Sign up, add a social media account and pass verification. Then create your public page and send "Collabs" to other bloggers.
